MyDATEV Kommunikation/Communication offers our clients the following advantages:

We have put together some practical tips and tricks to help you make the most of the benefits.
To access MyDATEV Kommunikation/Communication, please click on “MyDATEV Kommunikation”/”Communication” in the MyDATEV Portal applications.
As soon as the application is opened, you land directly in the column “Documents”.
Here you will find an overview of all uploaded documents.
Notice: Please do not upload any documents in this area. Documents should only be uploaded as part of a conversation or task. Files that are stored here without reference to a task or communication cannot currently be considered.
To access the conversations, simply click on “Conversations” above.
All previous and current conversations can be viewed here. This function is used to clarify queries and exchange relevant information for the income tax return.
After receiving a message, you can reply directly here.
If you have any questions or want to share information with us, you can start a new conversation. Simply click on “Start new conversation”.
Notice: Please always choose an appropriate topic and a descriptive title (for example: home office, handyman services or letting a sample street) to speed up processing.
A document can be uploaded both in a new conversation and in a reply by clicking on the corresponding icon.
To access the tasks, simply click on “Tasks” at the top.
All tasks can be viewed here. This function is mainly used so that we can request missing information or documents.
Notice: Clients cannot create tasks.
The required documents can be uploaded directly in the task. It is also possible to write a message – this will automatically appear in conversations if there are any questions. As soon as all points have been completed, please click on the “ Complete” button.
Notice: Once a task has been completed, it can not be cancelled. If a task has been completed by mistake, you can still write a message about the task using the message function. Please provide the information or documents or notify us that a new task needs to be created.
