Have there been any changes since last year – for example, your address, bank details, or home office days?
The following guide or this video shows how to check and update them.
Note: On the right-hand side under Notes, you can see the status of the entered values.
Notice: If you have any questions about the data, we’re happy to help via email at: info@jakus.tax
Notice: For timely processing, the complete documents must be made available to us at least 8 weeks before the deadline. If accounting and/or an income statement still needs to be prepared, the documents should be submitted at least 12 weeks before the deadline. As there may be an accumulation of incoming enquiries and therefore longer processing times, particularly shortly before the deadline, we recommend that you provide the documents as early as possible.
As soon as all documents have been uploaded, a start signal can be given in the overview of the corresponding tax year by clicking on the “Notify tax consultant” button. The completed tax return and the tax assessment notice are also displayed in the overview.
Important: The tax assessment will only be uploaded there by us if we are authorised to receive it from the tax office.
In addition, all documents provided by us can be viewed in the inbox.
Notice: Sole proprietors should only use My Taxes for their private tax return, unless otherwise agreed with us.
