Continuing education

Continuing education is the basis of excellent professional counselling. We offer our staff the opportunity to take part in further training courses by covering the costs and giving them time off work. When selecting courses, we attach great importance to the input and wishes of our staff. Even time-intensive further training courses are possible through special leave arrangements. Our self-imposed goal is to continuously invest at least 5% of working time in personal training.
